Truth 1 Industries, LP, doing business as Truth Chemical, is a limited partnership organized in the state of Texas. Our business is managed and directed by our general partner, Truth Industries, Inc. and the limited partners have no role in such activities as limited partners. Our general partner's directors and officers are in charge of the limited partnership making all decisions with regard to our operation, and cause the general partner to act on behalf of the limitied partnership.
